- Installations – We can supply and fit appliances or if your happy to purchase the appliance then we can provide an installation
only service.
- Breakdowns – We give these calls priority, with modern installations its quite common that a simple fault can lead to complete
loss of heating and hot water.
- Servicing - Routine maintenance can help ensure that appliances are operating safely and minor problems are corrected before
a problem arises.
- Landlord Certificates
– Following satisfactory inspection & test of the gas installation and appliances, a certificate is issued to the
tenant and a copy to the landlord.
- Safety Checks - Just
moved in? Never had your appliances checked? Have your gas installation and appliances checked for safe operation.
· Full System Design & Installation - After consultation with you, we will design a heating and hot water system that
meets the requirements of your current & future lifestyle.
· Boiler Replacement - unfortunately, they don't last forever. When it time for a replacement, we will provide
you with your options and await your instruction.
· System Upgrades - You don't necessarily have to have a new boiler fitted to get the most from your
current heating system, having the system cleaned, fitting thermostatic radiator vales or improving the heating controls can
all be beneficial.
· Instantaneous, Stored & Unvented Hot Water Systems - there are numerous ways of supplying hot water in domestic premises, all have
there good and bad points. We can help you decide which system is best for you.
· Power Flushing -
Having your Central Heating thoroughly cleansed, not only improves the performance of the system, but can increase the life
of its components. You wouldn't leave dirty, contaminated oil in your car!
· Descaling - Hot water produced by instantaneous means (combi boiler, gas fired water heater,
etc.) will cause scale to build up within the heat exchanger, reducing flow rates or even causing shutdown. Using a special
pump we can remove this scale and return your appliance to its original performance.
- Bathrooms – We can supply and fit bathrooms or if you wish to purchase the materials then we can provide an installation
only service. We can give advice on relocating items, new bathroom creation & creating on-suites. We also offer a tiling
service.
- Showers – The type of shower that can be installed depends greatly on the available hot & cold water supplies. We
can give advice on the types of shower that can be used with your existing arrangements or advise the on remedial work required
to install a performance shower.
- Water Treatment – We can supply and fit the following water treatment options: - Water Softeners, Permanently plumbed filters
and water conditioners.
- Maintenance – We offer a full maintenance service covering dripping taps, plumbing for washing machines
& dishwashers, Unblocking waste pipes & drains, faulty ball valves, poorly flushing WC’s, radiator removal (decorating),
etc.
- DIY assisted projects – We are more than happy to work alongside you e.g. you
want to change your bathroom suite but need someone to do the wet bit. We visit isolate and cap the supplies, leave you to
strip out the suite, tiles, flooring etc. and prepare the room for the new suite. When you’re ready we can fit the new
suite and leave you to fit the bath panel, carry out tiling, fit the flooring etc.
